Manufacturing warranty is 1 year from purchase date on all products. We will happily credit or reorder any products that are deemed defects from a trained third party.

Silver, gold and platinum are all metals that withstand heat and therefore can be repaired.

Goldsmiths and appraisers are highly trained individuals who require adequate time and tools to properly complete their work. At this time, Luxe does not have either on site. Repairs and appraisals must be dropped off in store.
