- We will find a comparable diamond that beats the price. It's really that simple!
*Please note, the stone has to be GIA or IGI certified. At this time, we only offer this program for diamonds.

Shopping online comes with a trade-off. In many cases:
- The diamond online in an image looks different when it arrives. It may have a hue or dullness that is evident.
- The ring or diamond has a manufacturing issue shortly after purchase. Average repair time for online retailers is 6 to 8 weeks. Insurance & shipping challenges may also arise during this period.

You are welcome to purchase whatever you like. We recommend keeping the purchase all at one retailer instead of splitting it into two retailers. This will provide you with the least amount of fees/paperwork, and best warranty coverage.
