Once a design is finalized, we create a 3D rendering or a wax model to ensure it meets your vision. After your approval, we will craft the piece, providing updates along the way. Finally, once completed, your unique jewellery piece will be polished and presented, ensuring it exceeds your expectations. Your input is valued throughout, making the final product truly one-of-a-kind.

The process starts with an assessment of the damage, identifying whether it can be repaired or if it needs to be completely replaced. For broken chains or clasps, our goldsmiths will use specialized tools to rejoin or reconnect the links. For damaged or lost stones, they will use various techniques such as re-setting, re-tipping or prong tightening. Other repairs, like re-polishing or re-plating, can help restore a piece's original shine and color. Regardless of the task, our goldsmith's expertise is critical in ensuring that the repair is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, and that the piece retains its original value and integrity.
